Following Stroller Strides, Alexi will lead us in a short somatic movement and breathing practice to help you become more aware of the sensations in your body so you can feel connected, grounded and fully alive. Meet the Expert: I’m Alexi Neal, a multi-disciplinary Somatic Healer and Mom to two tiny humans.
In over 13 years of supporting healing in the body and beyond, I have become a Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapist, an Internationally Certified Yoga Therapist, a Reiki Master, and a continuous student of neuroscience, the nervous system, and human development. I have specialized further in Prenatal Yoga, Yoga Therapy for the Pelvic Floor, Polyvagal Theory, Matrescence, Ayurveda, Postpartum Recovery and Trauma Informed Facilitation. My practice brings together modern research and ancient wisdom.
