Ok so here’s the scoop for our 1-Week Challenge! 6 Days to a BURNING HOT Metabolism Challenge starts on September 8th, Monday!
It’s 6 days of getting your metabolism REV'D UP-focused boosters, coaching, fun accountability, and prizes!🌿
You get:

That’s 2 shakes/day for the week, a custom meal plan, and tons of tips on how to rev your metabolism and burn more fat!
Key dates:
📅 Weigh-in: Monday, September 8th
📅 Weigh-out: Monday, September 15th (within 1 hour of your initial weigh-in time)
**You will come in anytime 8am-1pm or 6pm-8pm on Monday or schedule a time with your Coach outside of these hours if this for some reason does not work.
There is a virtual option as well if you are not local! Or have a friend out of the Littleton, CO area that wants to join.
🎉 Celebration Party: Monday, September 15th at 5:30 PM – Apple Nachos will be served, a game around nutrition education and prizes for the top percentage of change in overall change in your body! (Must be present to win!)
