This event will allow voters to have informal conversations with candidates and get to know their possible representatives.
About this Event

ATTN: St. Joseph County Candidates and Voters. Join us on Wednesday, September 16th. Meet the candidates on your ballot! Free and open to the public. Ballot-qualified candidates from all political parties are encouraged to participate. The public is invited to hear from the candidates as they take the stage in the St. Joe County Public Library Leighton Auditorium and to talk informally with candidates in the ballroom following the formal program. This is a great way to get to know the candidates and where they stand on the issues that matter to you! Also stay tuned for the non-partisan vote 411 online voter guide. All candidates on the ballot are invited to participate in the forum and the voter guide. The South Bend Tribune will publish responses from candidates running in contested races with additional responses from these candidates, and all candidates, featured in the online guide. There are no ratings, commentary, or endorsements in the guide. Like the forum, the guide features candidates' own words. We want you, the voter, to decide who will best represent you. We're doing our part to make opportunities available to people who want to get informed before they cast their ballot. Please do your part by liking, sharing, and attending this event.
