Meet the Banjo Hosted by Kent Besocke
Banjoist Kent Besocke offers a fun banjo workshop for the beginning player. Banjos provided! This workshop will have beginners playing immediately while learning the basics of the banjo: strumming, picking, tone and rhythm.
Beginners will also learn basic chords, a few simple folk tunes, and song accompaniment. By the end of the workshop, everyone will have the skills to enjoy the magic of a jam as well as some tunes to include in their repertoire. Come on out and let's pick!

This event will be hosted outdoors at Hops on the Hill (weather permitting). A rain date for this event is TBD.
Tickets are $50.00 and include use of a banjo, instructional materials, and an engaging experience.
Ticket price also includes one beverage. Beverages include IPAs, ales, lagers, and seasonal options, along with wine, local hard cider, non-alcoholic beer, soft drinks. Please remember to tip your servers.
