Meet the Baby Farm Animals
Schedule
Thu Apr 02 2026 at 10:00 am to 01:00 pm
UTC+01:00Location
Bennetts Willow Barn | Worcester, EN
Join us this Easter for one of our most popular family events of the year – our Meet the Baby Animals sessions.
Spend some time getting up close to some of our newest farm arrivals with Stef Bennett, one of the proprietors of Bennetts Willow Barn and farmers here at Bennetts Farms. Stef will be on hand throughout the sessions to answer your questions about life on a working dairy farm, how we care for our animals, and where your food comes from.
You’ll be able to meet a selection of baby animals including chicks, lambs, ducklings, piglets and of course some of our dairy calves, with plenty of opportunities for photos with the lambs in their pen. We will also bring George the turkey over if we can catch him in the morning!
Event Dates Sessions run from 10am on:
Thursday 2nd April
Tuesday 7th April
Friday 10th April
When booking, you will select a 30-minute arrival time slot. This allows us to stagger visitors and keep numbers comfortable for both guests and animals. You are not limited to a 30-minute visit, but we ask that you arrive within your booked time slot, please.
Tickets are strictly limited to ensure our animals are not overwhelmed.
New for 2026 We’re adding simple farm-themed crafting for children to take home with them so they have something to remember the event by.
Location
The sessions take place in our pumpkin patch polytunnel. The walk up to the tunnel can be muddy if there has been rain, so please come in weather-appropriate footwear and clothing.
Please park in the Willow Barn car park as normal and follow the signs from the Willow Barn Farm Café balcony, walking past the Warren Bank yurts, to reach the polytunnel.
Tickets
£6.00 per person (adults and children each require tickets, please)
Babies in arms under 1 year are free
Your ticket includes:
Entry to the baby animal area
Photo opportunities
The chance to ask Stef questions about farming and our animals
Mini crafting for children
This is a relaxed, informal event rather than a scheduled talk, so please do ask questions during your visit.
Please note: this is not a farm park admission. We are a working dairy farm and will have a small selection of animals available for you to meet and learn about during the event.
Visiting the Café
These are some of our busiest days of the year, so if you’d like to enjoy breakfast, lunch or coffee and cake while you’re here, we strongly recommend booking a table in the farm café in advance.
