Set in Mildura, Griefdogg tells the story of a scientist and family man who decides to live as the family pet. Sleeping through the day or wandering beside the river, he discovers a new power: he can sense secret grief in others. What to do with this gift?
Henry Goes Bush follows Henry Lawson on his travels to Bourke in 1892 to “find the real bush”. In Marshall’s hands this tale becomes a surreal exploration of the madness behind our colonial ‘dreaming’.
The evening will be hosted by Shay Leighton, founder of Tough Guy Book Club.
