The public is invited to a Meet The Author event on Friday, July 3rd, at 11 a.m. at the Vellichor Books and More shop at 101 E Tom Landry St, Mission, TX 78572 (upstairs NE entrance where the Tom Landry mural is) in downtown Mission.
Nine Lives and Still Running is an inspiring truth about a man of God, Tony Perez, who overcame all obstacles due to his tenacity and faith in Christ. This true and living testimony will inspire you to seek out God. Perez, a standout high school cross country and track runner. He is a cancer survivor and even being struck by a car while running--left for dead on the side of the road.
This hasn't stopped Tony Perez, Ph.D., from chasing his educational goals while speading the Gospel of his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ as a global missionary and expert in autism education.
Copies of his books (in Spanish and English) will be available for purchase.
Note: The Vellichor bookstore is upstairs in one of downtown Mission's oldest buildings and there is no elevator to the 2nd-story bookstore. Apologies and thanks.
