Meet San Francisco-based artists Phil Spitler and Victoria Heilweil who designed and fabricated the Luminous Waveforms which were sponsored by local supporters and installed by the City of Los Altos Public Works department. Let's celebrate the artists and this exciting new location for their artwork!
