We're teaming up with Pistakio — a local pistachio butter brand we're genuinely excited about — for a one-day pop-up at Portland Syrups.

Here's the deal: Pistakio will be here selling their small-batch pistachio butter, and we've created something you can't get anywhere else — a free vanilla pistachio matcha, made in-house using their butter and our syrup. It's creamy, nutty, and exactly the kind of drink that happens when two local makers get excited about working together.

What to expect:
