About Parents as Teachers:
Kirksville R-III Parents as Teacher is a completely FREE home-visit program open to all families within the Kirksville-RIII school district with children aged 0-5. We provide monthly visits with age-appropriate activities and developmental information individualized for your child. We also provide free developmental screenings and monthly community events.
