Walk 🚶 Run 🏃 Bike 🚴 Dance 💃 Yoga 🧘♂️Meet Me at the Market is NewBo City Market's premier summer wellness event! Every Thursday from May 8 through August 28, community members can meet in the Market Yard starting at 5:30 p.m. for free guided walks, runs, bike rides, fitness classes, and yoga classes.
ALL FITNESS LEVELS ARE WELCOME! Pre-registration is not required.
FAMILY NIGHTS ARE BACK! Bring the whole family for fitness for all ages! We'll have our bounce house available and more family activities to get the whole crew moving! Family Nights will be May 29, June 26, July 31, and August 28.
Here's what time each activity happens:
DANCE FITNESS - 5:30 PM - 6:15 PM
Classes vary and are taught by a rotation of instructors.
Classes are held on the Bankers Trust stage on the Market Lawn.
Please bring your own water bottle.
WALK - 6:00 PM
The length of walks ranges from one to four miles.
Walks will take place outdoors so please dress accordingly.
Every week is a different route, including special destination walks.
RUN - 6:00 PM
The length of runs ranges from one to four miles.
Runs will take place outdoors so please dress accordingly.
Every week is a different route, including special destination runs.
BIKE RIDE - 6:00 PM
The length of the bike rides will vary.
Rides will take place outdoors so please dress accordingly.

YOGA - 6:30 PM - 7:15 PM
