Week 1 , August 3, 2025– Earth 🌍: Grounding practices to connect with stability, strength, and presence
Week 2, August 10, 2025 - Water đź’§: Fluid movement and breathwork to restore emotional flow and intuition
Week 3, August 17, 2025 - Fire 🔥: Empowering workouts to ignite willpower, courage, and transformation
Week 4, August 24, 2025 - Air & Ether 🌬️✨: Expansive yoga and meditation to elevate clarity, creativity, and spiritual connection
