Join acclaimed pilot, journalist, documentary filmmaker, and explorer Kate Broug for an inspiring Meet & Greet at the Airhart Festival Tent during EAA AirVenture Oshkosh 2026.

As creator and host of First Flights with Kate Broug, Kate travels the world uncovering the remarkable people, forgotten history, and extraordinary adventures that define aviation. From lost World War II airmen and historic warbirds to cutting-edge aerospace technology and remote expeditions, her films celebrate the human stories behind flight. (First Flights with Kate Broug)

A Fellow of the Royal Geographical Society, member of The Explorers Club, and FAA instrument-rated pilot, Kate combines a passion for exploration with exceptional storytelling. She owns and flies a beautifully restored 1943 Boeing Stearman and recently completed a nearly 4,000-mile open-cockpit journey across America, retracing the routes of pioneering women aviators from World War II.
