••• The Leech Lake Chamber of Commerce is delighted to announce the appointment of Sarah Bruns as its new Executive Director. With a deep passion for business, community, and events, Sarah is poised to lead the Chamber toward achieving its goals and fostering growth within the Leech Lake area.
Sarah brings a wealth of experience to the role, having developed, owned, and operated successful ventures such as The Traveling Art Pub and SpaceBox Creative. These experiences have honed Sarah’s skills in communication, entrepreneurship and innovation, which will be invaluable in driving the Chamber’s initiatives forward.
In addition to these experiences, Sarah has a strong background in graphic design and event coordination. These skills will be instrumental in enhancing the Chamber’s outreach and engagement with the community. Known for a positive energy, hardworking nature, and caring attitude, Sarah is committed to building strong relationships and creating impactful programs that benefit the community.
“I am thrilled to take on the role of Executive Director at the Leech Lake Chamber,” said Sarah. “My love for business, the Walker community, and events will be my guide as we work together to achieve our goals and support the vibrant community of Leech Lake. I am eager to bring my positive energy, creativity and dedication to this role.”
To ensure a smooth transition, Sarah will receive training and support from the Board of Directors, past Executive Director & Coordinator Cindy & Roxie, along with the help of the current Chamber team. Their combined knowledge and experience will be invaluable in setting Sarah up for success, and they are all excited to see what she will accomplish in this role.
The Leech Lake Chamber of Commerce is confident that Sarah’s leadership will bring a fresh perspective and renewed energy to the organization. The Chamber looks forward to a future of growth and success under Sarah’s guidance.
