Meet and Greet - West Copans Redevelopment Project

Broward County's $226 million West Copans Redevelopment Project is projected to be out for bid in December 2024. Businesses are invited to attend this event to learn more about contracting opportunities and network with large and small vendors.

Project Scope of Work: The complete rehabilitation / reconstruction of the existing West Copans Road - Operation & Maintenance project site. Planned project improvements include: Site Storm Drainage Improvements, Vehicular and Pedestrian circulation improvements, Increased parking capacity for staff at grade, CPTED based site security improvements, Incorporation of exterior amenity areas, complete renovation of Existing Building No. 4, a New Operations / Administration & Maintenance Building (w/future Vaulting & Bus Wash capabilities), Rooftop parking for up to 180 (40’ long buses) electric buses with Photo-Voltaic Canopies and a New Two-story (Hardened) Training Building.
