• Muharrama (roasted red pepper and walnut dip)
• Caramelized feta with strawberries, chili, sumac, and basil
• Layered hummus with cucumber, olive, tomato and tzatziki
• Fresh vegetables
• Jeweled basmati rice with saffron, cranberry, dill, cilantro and pistachio
• Grilled haloumi with lemon and thyme
• Tabbouleh with bulgar wheat, fresh herbs, garlic, tomato and sweet peppers
