Join us for our Cooking Demonstration on March 13th from 7pm-8:30pm.Chef Stavely is a Le Cordon Bleu certified Chef and Co-Owner of Olea Olive Oils and Wine.
She will be demonstrating, Merluzzo all Mediterranea. Merluzzo all Mediterranea is a baked Fish dish, made with San Marzano Tomatoes, Capers, Olives, Fresh Herbs and Olive Oil. While the dish is Traditionally made with Cod, she will use the most fresh fish option: Cod, Red Snapper or Chilean Sea Bass.
While watching the demonstration you will enjoy an appetizer and will receive a glass of wine that pairs with the entree!
You will also receive a recipe card so you can recreate this amazing dish at home.
