Join us for a deeply restorative Lullaby Nidra/ Sound Bath. Nidra, often translated as "yogic sleep," is a powerful state of conscious deep relaxation that guides you to the threshold between waking and sleeping. In this unique experience, the soothing sounds of traditional Indian instruments, ambient electronic soundscapes, and gentle vocals blend seamlessly.
