Join us at the Unitarian Church 8470 Goodwood Blvd. on Saturday evening March 22nd 7-8:30 pm for an evening of transformation and release. Recharge, relax and reconnect with your true self, in a unique multi sensory experience. We will be using multiple sound healing tools, including crystal sound bowls, crystal pyramids, tuning forks, chimes, and a gong, combined with gentle music, meditation and soft lights to create a safe space for you to release what no longer serves you and reconnect with the parts of you that you may feel you have lost. This relaxing, calming experience can leave you feeling lighter, more grounded and uplifted. Your energy centers (chakras) will be balanced and your aura cleansed.
While this is a group session, each participant will receive individual attention.
This will be an hour and a half session and you will be lying down. We want you to be comfortable so here are some suggestions for what to bring:
* a pillow for your head or under your knees
* a blanket
* water in a closable container
* an open and curious attitude
There will be chairs available if you are unable to lie on the floor.
