The Commission on Affirmative Aging in the Episcopal Diocese of the Central Gulf Coast presents a day to learn about how to stay young at heart. We have an exciting lineup:

• CARDIOVASCULAR HEALTH with Dr. Terry Selly
• HEALTHY BP TIPS with Dr. Gerry Phillips
• PAIN MANAGEMENT with Dr. Lisa Perez
• CHAIR YOGA with Ms. Jo Rose

Check-in will begin at 9:30 a.m. Lunch is included. Cost is $20.
