Meditative Group Drumming: An Evening of Rhythm & Connection!

Join us for an evening of meditative group drumming designed to support grounding, presence, and shared connection. Together, we’ll enter the steady, rhythmic pulse of the drum allowing the mind to soften and the body to relax into a natural meditative state.
This experience weaves together community drumming, gentle storytelling, ritual, song, and movement, creating space for both individual reflection and collective harmony.
The evening is led by Tom Campbell of Sacred Tree Drumming, who brings over 30 years of experience facilitating guided group drumming sessions in a mindful, accessible way.
Drums will be provided, and participants are welcome to bring their own if they wish. All attendees will be comfortably seated in chairs throughout the session.
Please arrive by 6:45 PM.
We will begin promptly at 7:00 PM.
Fee: $25
Registration is required due to limited seating.
