Join me at a special workshop at the Conscious Living Expo!I will be leading a 45-minute mini Meditative Art Workshop inside the Conscious Living Expo May 1st and 2nd.
Meditative Art is the practice of creating art in a slow and intentional way. The focus is on the process, not the product. It blends creativity with presence. Meditation through the hands.
Join us as we lead a shortened version of our monthly class to experience meditative art for yourself.
No art experience necessary. All supplies provided. This class is free to those who attend the Conscious Living Expo May 1-2, 2026.
