Have you ever reflected on who and what are the anchors in your life? This meditative art workshop will give you the opportunity to pause and ponder on the people and situations that provide you with stability and strength and act as an anchor for you.
During this workshop you will decorate a mason jar by using acrylics / watercolours and the technique of decoupage, as you reflect on what gives you light in your life especially in your dark moments. Other craft materials will be used such as fabric and sequins.
The session will start with an awareness exercise to calm down, focus and meditate as you create your own jar which will remind you of the anchors of your life!
