We're coming back to Roselidden Farm to host Our Meditation and Yoga , Knowledge day 🧘‍♂️

Come and Join Wayne Robbins and Anna Lempriere for a Day's Meditation, Yoga and Deep Rest,
Hot Lunch will be provided & hot drinks & snacks & a lunchtime walk through the surroundings fields.
Wayne has been practicing Meditation for 21 years & Teaching for 7.5 years
Anna Lempriere has been a yoga teacher for over 25 years & a successful coach in her own field.
Taking Time out can be rewarding for your wellbeing, the deep rest during such days are revitalising and invigorating.
All practices of Meditation are welcome, during the day we will do up to 4-5 rounds of Yoga,Pranayama and Meditation and Rest
Anna will instruct Yoga postures for the 1st hour of the day.
The yoga is easy and effortless and complements our Meditation practices.
Roselidden Farm is just outside Helston, The Barn is in a beautiful location with fantastic amenities.
Cost for the day is £50
This includes Lunch and Yoga instruction from Anna Lempriere.
Of anyone fancies a over night
on the Friday or Saturday night
accommodationcan be arranged if given prior notice at very reasonable costs
