Meditation with Mindfulness Hamilton at Love My Mat alternate Sat. mornings

Mindfulness Hamilton invites you to attend six free mindfulness meditation drop-ins at Love My Mat 809 King Street E.  

Each session will be led by a volunteer facilitator, giving you an experience with different approaches to mindfulness meditation from mostly guided to mostly silent. The meditation period is about 45 minutes followed by 15 minutes of questions and discussion. 

Bring your own meditation cushion if you have one. We will have some extras on hand and will provide chairs as well. You can also purchase a cushion.

Love My Mat is a lovely storefront space with lots of light, wooden floors, a peaceful decor and is wheelchair accessible. You can park on King St in front of the store (unless it snows), in the CUPE parking lot on Stirton Street (west of Love My Mat), or on a side street. Several bus routes travel along King Street if you are coming on public transit. Love My Mat is at 809 King St. E. near Sherman.

You are welcome to decide to come at the last minute. However we ask that you  register in advance if possible so that we can notify you if there are any changes in the schedule. Registering will also put you on a list to be notified of other meditation opportunities we are planning for the future.
