Spend time being quiet in meditation with a beautiful and wise herd of horses. We have a spectacular setting with breathtaking views in every direction and a multitude of animals and birds who might come near our meditation circle.This month we welcome special guests Lana Reed who will lead us in Qi Gong movements during part of the meditation time.
Horses invite us to become fully present in each moment. This allows us to open and expand our awareness and provides an opportunity for a deeply spiritual experience.
Meditating in the presence of horses is a powerful experience. Join us to start your week in a peaceful way. Body centered activities and various forms of meditation may be utilized.
