The Saha Meditation night is a time for looking inward, feeling supported within a community of open hearted individuals and discovering your own Aha's as you listen to your soul self through this meditation experience.
During this meditation time, our meditations could include but not be limited to these types of meditation:

*Primordial Sound Meditation
*Heal Your Life and Visualization meditations
*Affirmation meditations
*Reiki, crystal and Angel meditations
*Meditations with breath work
*Restorative yoga meditations
