Join us for meditation and sangha meeting!
We will be meeting at Imago Dei Church! Arrive at 12:00pm to get settled. Practice will start at 12:15pm. This is a partially guided meditation, with a short dharma lesson and discussion afterwards.
Bring a cushion or use a chair depending on your needs. I'll have cushions to borrow as well!
If you are able, bring non-perishable foods or hygiene products for donation to local pantries as "dana". We're also accepting donations of cash/Venmo to donate to the church as gratitude for allowing us to use their space.
This event is for all people, all ages, all faiths, and all levels. See you there!
