Meditation, Sound Bath & Community Potluck Mixer (Seguin)

Join us for a relaxed, heart-centered event focused on connection, shared food, and collective grounding.

This gathering centers around creating community, potluck and heart-led group meditation in support of Gaia and the Collective, supported by:

• Sound bowls
• Guided meditation (varies each month)
• Light language activations
• Quantum healing energy activations

This is an easy, welcoming space to meet new people, reconnect with familiar faces, and unwind together in a supportive community environment.

We’ll begin with a guided meditation and sound bath supported by singing bowls and calming frequencies to help your body and nervous system settle, reset, and ground.

Afterward, we’ll transition into a casual potluck-style mixer—time to mingle, share food, and enjoy meaningful conversation.

The meditation and sound bath will also include optional quantum healing energy activations to help clear blocks, & stuck energy. Nothing is required of you, simply rest, receive, and allow yourself to be supported.

This is an informal, come-as-you-are gathering. We’ll be standing and mingling during the potluck portion, with space to sit or lie comfortably on the floor during the meditation and sound bath. This is not a sit-down meal, so if you’d like to contribute, please bring easy-to-eat, finger-friendly food to share.

What to Bring for the Meditation & Sound Bath
Please bring a yoga mat, (some yoga matts available) blanket, and any pillows or bolsters you’d like so you can rest comfortably during the meditation portion of the evening.

7:00 - 7:30 pm: food drop and get settled
7:30 - 8:15 pm: guided meditation
8:15 - 9:30 pm: potluck and mixer

Please bring a any dish of your choice from your kitchen or HEB’s, lol.

Suggested donation: $5–$10 (no one turned away)
