The proven benefits of meditation are numerous. And yet, so many of us struggle to develop and sustain a regular practice. This silent mini meditation retreat is an opportunity to learn and experience meditation methods that you will be able to immediately introduce into your daily life.
Attendees will also experience the many benefits of silence, which supports mindfulness, promotes self-awareness, stimulates the development of brain cells, and improves sleep and memory.
Plan to wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat, if you desire (there is plenty of comfortable seating, if you prefer). You may also bring other small items that support your meditation practice, including a blanket/cover.
