Join us for a 4 week specialty series as we dive deeper into the practice of meditation. This series is welcome to all! It will be great for beginners or those who wish to learn more about meditation in general, as well as those seeking to start a meditation practice or further develop the one they already have. Teachers are also welcome who may be looking to explore more of this avenue.
