Join us as we spend a half day of mindfulness, learning different meditation techniques in different blocks with light yoga/stretching in-between. Meditation experience preferred but not necessary. Light snacks will be provided to nourish the mind and body. All required supplies will be provided by SOTE Sanctuary.
