Join us for guided meditation sessions designed to increase happiness, reduce stress, enhance focus, and promote calmness. Each session includes an optional, complimentary 10-minute Pranic Therapy treatment to help you leave feeling refreshed and revitalised.
Sessions are held every 2nd and 4th Thursday of the month.
No need to book, just drop in.
