According to Buddhist Philosophy, real happiness comes from cultivating kindness and compassion toward others and yourself. In this workshop, we will learn how compassion and kindness can transform difficult emotions or circumstances to positive energy and inner peace. Through meditation practices and reflection, we will develop joy, balanced and meaningful life...
