Sacred Spaces Series – Guided Meditation & Energy Healing

Join us for a small-group, heart-centered gathering designed to nurture your mind, body, and spirit. In this intimate session, we will begin by sharing intentions, then gently guide you into a beautiful meditation journey that invites you to connect deeply with your inner self. You’ll rest comfortably as the meditation flows into silence, where each participant will receive personalized energy healing and chakra balancing.

Step into the serene atmosphere of Le Garage, and for a moment, leave Long Beach Island behind. This is your time to become more attuned to your own energy, honor your needs, and emerge feeling renewed, balanced, and deeply grounded.
