Renée Roark, LPC/MHSP is an Adventure Therapist, Yoga Teacher, Breathwork Facilitator, and Sound Healer in Jackson TN. In her spare time she loves hiking and solo backpacking as well as writing poetry and making pottery and greeting cards.
