Come join us for Meditation Monday - a guided meditation led by Chris Rouw with sound by Jerilyn Schares. Theme: TBD
The meditation will last approximately 30 minutes. Seating is provided, but feel free to bring a yoga mat, pillow, or whatever works for you.
