Begin your week with a restorative yoga and meditation session on Boyd Plaza. Guests are guided through 20 minutes of beginner-friendly yoga followed by a meditation session by Marlena Crovatt-Bagwell. The evening concludes with a journaling activity that encourages mindfulness and connection.
Mats and journals provided, but guests are welcome to bring their own mats and yoga props. Ages 13 and up. No unaccompanied minors. Session takes place outside; in the event of heavy rain, the program will be canceled.
Free. Registration required as space is limited.
Crovatt-Bagwell completed her Rolf Gates Affiliate 200hr Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training in 2017. Her favorite place to meditate is sitting on a river rock with her dog and a watercolor set at her side.
