During this two day boot camp we will visit and walk through two of Major's current MHP communities including a recently acquired community as well as a finished flagship community. While onsite we will also walk through a pre renovated home as well as a new model home. Transportation to and from the MHP’s will be provided.

After visiting two MHP’s and walking through manufactured homes, Major will present in depth courses on location selection, property evaluation, investment strategy, understanding finance (how to qualify banks), contract setup, negotiation tactics, and management strategies for MHP’s. In addition, manufactured home finance, evaluation, and sales coures will be given and much more.
Experiencing this unique hands-on experience is extremely helpful in understanding the profitable investment of MHP’s and manufactured homes. Thus allowing for all the knowledge and resources received during the courses to come full circle.
