MEDITATION MONDAYS - EVERY WEEK 6:30PM

A night for YOU. Unwind. Breathe. Connect to the Peace Within.

ALL are welcome. All belief systems, all ages, all genders.

NO MEDITATION EXPERIENCE NEEDED.

We sit on comfy chairs. Water and tea provided.

People who have never tried meditation before are amazed at how peaceful they feel. Seasoned practitioners are also amazed at how peaceful they feel!
