"Smile, breathe, and go slowly.” The Collinsville Library is hosting Meditation Meetings with trained expert Patricia Brennan. Meditation will help you learn how to be in the present moment, focus your attention, and understand that true happiness comes from within.It is not necessary to sit on the floor, sit in a lotus position, stay still for long periods of time, or “make your mind blank”. There are many ways to meditate and these meetings are designed to help you discover what works best for you.
The Meditation Meetings occur at the Blum House every Saturday at 10am. Ages 16 and up.
