Free in person Meditation in the Park, with teaching and practice on practicing meditation to help cope with anxiety about the world. Bring a blanket and a cushion or an outdoor chair, and your curiosity about how to use meditation to better manage anxiety in your life. This is one of a series of events over the summer, each with a different focus but all intended to provide information and a chance to learn about and practice meditation in the Tibetan Buddhist tradition.
