Meditation in the Garden
About this Event
Meditation in the Garden invites participants to slow down, relax, and connect with the natural beauty of Discovery Gardens in Tavares. Sessions take place outdoors and may include guided group meditation on the lawn or quiet, self-guided reflection in a peaceful garden space of your choosing. This series encourages residents to experience their outdoor spaces as places for rest, mindfulness, and well-being - not just mowing and maintenance. Classes are held every other Wednesday morning during the comfortable months of March, April, September, and October.
