Meditate. Listen. Look slowly. Join Jeneen Piccuirro for a contemplative experience inspired by art, physics & the cosmos.
About this Event

Join meditation teacher, sound healing practitioner, and interdisciplinary artist Jeneen Piccuirro for a contemplative meditation and art viewing experience inspired by , the exhibition by artist Shanthi Chandrasekar and physicist-writer Michael Albrow.

Surrounded by artwork that explores the interplay of order and chaos, symmetry and transformation, participants will be guided through a series of mindfulness practices designed to deepen presence and engagement with the exhibition. The program will include a guided seated meditation, a mindful walking meditation and slow-looking practice centered on a selected artwork, an immersive sound meditation, and time for reflection and shared conversation.

Through stillness, movement, deep listening, and dialogue, participants will explore the patterns that shape both the cosmos and our inner lives, discovering moments of curiosity, stillness and connection amid constant change.

Following the experience, Dr. Mikhail (Misha) Kogan will offer brief reflections on meditation, wellness, and the role of contemplative practice in supporting human flourishing.

No prior meditation experience is necessary. All are welcome.

Mats and chairs provided, feel free to bring your own mats.
