Soothing peaceful sounds of crystal bowls by Shinnai. Guided Meditation followed by BellyChi(R) combining ancient sacred Belly Dance movements, Arm/Hand movements, Chi Gong movements & breathing, and Chakra Alignment by Melanie LaJoie, 50+ years of Belly Dance, World Dance and 20+ years of Chi Gong & Kung Fu - combines all these into BellyChi(R). The end of the session will be more peaceful mediation and sound bath to find your inner peace.
