Monthly Virtual Community Class

Join us for our monthly virtual community class! These events are meant to bring our community together online to connect, move our bodies and have fun. Classes are all levels so come as you are.

Event Details:

• Location: Online via Zoom (Link will be sent day of the event - check spam / junk)
• Price: $5 Donation. We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit.
• Class: Is open to ALL
• Join Stef for an all levels and all bodies welcomed class! This is a beginner friendly, breath-focused vinyasa style flow. For 30 minutes, let’s keep our bodies company and live in the present moment, grounding ourselves with a moving meditation. Our minds are amazing at traveling through space and time, either excited or anxiously in the future or examining the past. But our bodies can only ever be in the here and now.

• A yoga mat
