Join professional medium Amy Rush as she leads you in a meditation to connect to your passed loved ones and/or receive high-vibration spiritual guidance. Amy will guide the group in an easy and peaceful practice with some time for sharing and Q&A.
This is a great opportunity to get in the habit of strengthening your connection to the spirit world and/or refresh your current practices. You'll build confidence in your connection, benefit from the support of experienced instruction, and find encouragement and inspiration in the community that gathers.
What to bring: While studio blankets and props will be available for use, bring any mats, pillows, or comfort items that you wish to use. Please note that we will be on the floor. If you need a chair, please let Amy know.
