About this Event
Want to learn to meditate, or reinvigorate your practice? Find it hard to meditate on your own, and want to give it a regular boost in our community setting? Our monthly meditation classes break down simple, mindfulness-based meditation techniques using guided sessions that help you build confidence and give you the tools to tap into the joy of being wherever you are.
Our aim is to make meditation accessible and provide you with the conditions to discover what meditation means for you. You don't even need to practice yoga to enjoy this class (but if you do, our students tell us this class is the perfect way to follow our Friday night slow flow). Come sit with us, and see where the journey takes you.
