Are you looking for more inner peace and calmness? You will learn a simple meditation technique, experience activities and exercises that calm the nervous system, and also learn how to integrate meditation into your daily life. You will receive a folder with information from this course. This course is 3 sessions, September 2nd, 4th and 9th. 6:30-8 pm.
The Presenter is Pat Ambrosic a retired teacher.
