If you are ready to explore new ways to help calm and soothe your turbulent mind, this workshop is designed to help you find what style of meditation works for you. During our 3-hours together we will dive into discussion about mindfulness, your personal “why” for studying meditation, and hands-on practice with note-taking for your own feedback.What meditations will we do?
-breathing, gazing, silent
-walking
-chanting (om circle)
-guided visualization
Your take-home:
-A binder for reference of all meditations we practiced.
-A plan to execute at home for your own personal practice.
-Clarity about what works for you, what doesn’t, and how you can move forward into a calmer mind and life.
